Experience & Service Designer

Jonathan is currently a Senior Experience Designer at IBM. He graduated from Carnegie
Mellon University (CMU) in Pittsburgh with a BFA in Product Design with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (IDeATe). He also studied at ELISAVA: School of Design & Engineering for visual, environment, retail, and product design.

Thinker & Creator

Jonathan dedicates his study and practice for human-centered design, with an emphasis on design ethnography, participatory design, and aesthetics. He seeks to find and understand problems, in order to transition and further develop products for greater customer experience. ​He worked with an array of clients developing digital products and design systems, conducting and synthesizing research to guide and design for product development and integration, as well as conceptualizing and prototyping for product testing and production. 

 

Jonathan aspires to further the practice of design thinking and agile methodologies through practice and collaboration. Rather than focusing on a specific industry, Jonathan applies design thinking and practices to bring unique insights into a problem space or opportunity. He focuses on the design of systems that increase user accessibility and engagement for greater customer experience.
